KIDDO YOGA is a Bulgarian project, created with a lot of love and passion by KIDDOYOGA team.
Our mission is to encourage kids and young parents to live healthier and happier lives. KIDDOYOGA is an educational program to help kids make their first steps in the world of yoga and breathing exercises.
One of KIDDOYOGA founders – Emmy is a certified yoga instructor with many years of experience as a yoga teacher for kids. Emmy has shared instructions on how to do the yoga postures correctly, as well as tips for different methods suitable for beginners or advance yoga practitioners. The whole KIDDOYOGA team has invested months in research, interviews, and practice, to develop and improve the 8 games in the pack.
The 16 cards are with beautiful hand-drawn illustrations created by a Bulgarian artist specially for KIDDOYOGA OOD. The whole set is designed and manufactured in Bulgaria by KIDDOYGA OOD
